Your data is stored securely using Cliniko, a practice management system designed specifically for healthcare professionals. Cliniko is fully encrypted and complies with all UK-GDPR regulations. We do not store sensitive medical data on unencrypted personal laptops or mobile phones.

4. Who do we share your data with?

Your information is strictly confidential. We will never sell your data to third parties for marketing. We will only share your health data with another healthcare professional (such as your GP or an HCPC-registered podiatrist) if a referral is necessary, and only with your explicit consent.

5. How long do we keep your data?

In line with standard UK healthcare guidelines, adult clinical records are kept for 8 years after your last appointment. After this period, your records are securely destroyed.

6. Your Rights

Under the UK-GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to any inaccurate data.
